Preparation of a typical Tuscan menu and dinner. Here’s a sample menu: bruschetta or mixed crostini, home-made pasta with porcini mushrooms, meat rolls with sautéed artichokes, panna cotta with fruits of the forest sauce.
Beginning on any Monday of the year.
You can combine this course with an Italian Language course in the morning.
The price includes: 4 cookery sessions with the mamma, with dinner. Single or double room with breakfast, in a private house, from Sunday to Saturday.
