The incredible experience of living in a private Italian house, and learning how to cook typical Tuscan dishes with “la mamma”.
During these sessions, you’ll not only learn the recipes and tricks of home cooking, but you’ll also communicate in Italian, improving your spoken language in an authentic family environment.
An experience that includes accommodation in the “mamma’s” house, in a single room with or without breakfast. The four cookery sessions take place from Monday to Thursday in the late afternoons and conclude with a friendly shared dinner.

Preparation of a typical Tuscan menu and dinner. Here’s a sample menu: bruschetta or mixed crostini, homemade pasta with porcini mushrooms, meat rolls with sautéed artichokes, panna cotta with a berry sauce.
