Before moving in, our students will receive a brief description of the apartment, so they can evaluate it in a relaxed manner, ask any questions, or make any particular requests.

These are the types of accommodation available:

Rooms in a private house

With this kind of accommodation you can immediately get to the heart of Florentine everyday life, and speak with real Italians in a family-like environment as soon as you arrive in the city. The families are selected so as to offer a warm welcome to new arrivals, welcoming male and female students like new members of their own family: this is the best way to get to know new people, to learn the language, and to enjoy real Italian home cooking. This is the ideal solution for those who want to enter into authentic Florentine life, but not miss the family atmosphere.

These are single or double rooms with use of bathroom, in real Florentine families, for individuals or groups. The accommodation provides the possibility to use the kitchen, with breakfast or half-board (breakfast and dinner) The addresses of these private rooms are communicated about 1 week before the course starts.

Bed and breakfast

A convenient middle ground between family and hotel, are rooms taken in comfortable apartments, both in the city center, and immediate suburbs. They guarantee a refined environment and personalized service, offering hotel comfort with a hint of familiarity, and giving you a gentle introduction to the everyday life of Italians.

The average price for a single room with bathroom and breakfast is € 90-120 per day for a single room, and € 140-180 euros per day for a double room.

Independent apartments

The most independent choice, for individuals or groups, in order to have maximum comfort and autonomy. We offer weekly or monthly rentals of apartments in various areas of the city. The properties are available in a variety of sizes, but all are chosen so as to guarantee all the necessary services to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

Comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. € 700-1,000 per week

Prices are calculated from the day of arrival, Sunday, until the day of departure, Saturday: 1 week = 6 nights, 2 weeks = 13 nights, 3 weeks = 20 nights, 4 weeks =27 nights.

Hotels

If you want the independence and comfort that only a hotel can offer, we have a wide range of hotels available, located in the city center, not far from the school. We offer rooms with TV, fridge, air conditioning and free Wi-fi.

Average price for a room with bathroom and breakfast, € 90-130 per day for a single room, € 160-230 per day for a double room.
