We offer you a workshop to explore your adult self, rediscovering the pleasure of drawing without a purpose and without having the anxiety of proving anything to others or to yourself. To rediscover the pleasure of drawing and doodling like we did when we were kids.
Drawing can be a form of meditation to get to know oneself. To become meditative, drawings needs to be created without aesthetic or performance purposes. This workshop does just that: you will begin to draw images that are created in your mind thanks to imagination and visualization exercises.
