We offer you a workshop to explore your adult self, rediscovering the pleasure of drawing without a purpose and without having the anxiety of proving anything to others or to yourself. To rediscover the pleasure of drawing and doodling like we did when we were kids.<\/p>\n

Drawing can be a form of meditation to get to know oneself. To become meditative, drawings needs to be created without aesthetic or performance purposes. This workshop does just that: you will begin to draw images that are created in your mind thanks to imagination and visualization exercises.<\/p>\n

The program varies based on the participants’ progress.
\nEach lesson is divided into three parts:<\/p>\n
